Nothing.
Now I know that he and the other managers don't like me because I am very vigialt, know the system too well, and always catch the mistakes of other staff and forward it to them and they thought that threatens their jobs somewhow
Sounds like another whistle blower but he does it all wrong by illegally logging in another persons email account while not hiding his tracks.
Whistleblowing typically gives you cover for your own misdeeds.
Yes, I have a question. How could you have possibly expected a different outcome?
Would have been better if you report to a regulating agency, THEN your whistle blowing would have been covered under that guise as opposed to sending an email up the chain. Although, I don't know enough about the laws in the UAE, but in the US, you're protected as a whistle blower if you initiate the contact with the proper authority. Anything you're doing then, is to give them information.

I don't know how smart that would be. We're working with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and these guys are serious business. If his company has any juice with the anyone gov or the royal families he'd be in for a world of hurt.
damn too bad no one quoted the OP for ownage.
i vote this as an eligible ownage/backfire of 2013, despite the OP being edited out.
No. Let's say you work for a bank, and you "accidentally" stumbled upon something and you send the info to the SEC, you are protected.Would you have to get approval from the agency before any illegal action, like accessing email accounts? Seems unreasonable to allow anyone to give themselves a warrant to investigate wrongdoing.
That's why I said I don't know about the UAE, probably corrupted to hell.I don't know how smart that would be. We're working with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and these guys are serious business.
