My wife called it from the beginning.
And as soon as she mentioned it, I looked and you could tell that they were identical with the exception of the hair.
 
yea i remember the story of the real guy... theres a book and recently the guy killed himself. the part about the twins/and twisted doctor were dead on..decades ago they really did think you could just nurture a kid into the sex u wanted😛 course the rest of the eps is fiction.
