Anyone watch the X-Files tonight? *SPOILERS*

I haven't watched it much since Mulder left, but since I had been a fan from the first episode I decided to watch the last few episodes.

I can't believe they killed off the Lone Gunmen. 🙁

<< yeah that was sad. i miss the old x-files though. >>

Yeah, I agree. That's why I stopped watching it for the most part. Just wasn't the same without Duchovny, IMO.

I watched most of it. I didn't exactly understand the virus, after people came into contact with it they got it but it would only spread so far or something. I don't get how it didn't spread after they pulled the alarm, did they just leave the bodies in there until the virus died or something? I was surprised that they killed off the lone gunmen as well. They should have gone into like some top secret government project or something instead, never to be heard from again. At least they went out saving thousands of people.

Fox didn't even show up for their funeral, what a bastard he is. First he leaves Scully with the kid and then can't even see his buddies put into Arlington.

I agree, I really don't see the point in killing them off. And since Mulder didn't even bother to show up (which seems highly unlikely no matter what the circumstances), the whole funeral scene just seemed pretty lame. I think they could have at least made the exit of the lone gunmen a little more graceful.

Well if you saw the preview for the next episode, Mulder was in some sort of prison (or he had a orange prison suit on and was in cuffs) But I agree he shoudl have been at the funeral.
