Anyone watch the Suze Orman show?

It's the way she talks. Not her voice, but the way she talks. I hate it.

And Suze Orman's show is not the best one on TV, the best show on TV is that one on Oxygen or whatever with the old lady that gives advice about sex. It's hilarious.

Sunday Night Sex Show. It's like two stations away from Comedy Central on DirectTV.

I was flipping through channels one night and they had the SNSS on. Let me tell you....the last thing I expected to see was a 90 year old woman holding up a Pear Rabbit vibrator and talking about how good it worked.

I wanted to wash my eyes and ears out with bleach after viewing that.

Suze Orman has sold out. I can't even look at her. She had some great advice several years back when her first book was published. I had a lot of respect for her and the advice that was provided within. To back it all up, Suze was proud of being a true financial conservative. As I recall, she drove some old MB and lived in a smallish house (1200 s.f. or so).

However, now, I'm sure her intake of income has dramatically increased from the poplularity of her book(s) and the television show. I'm sure she isn't as financially conservative as she once was, and that's what makes me call her a "sell out".

My wife watches her show and tries to tell me a few things about what was said by Suze. Whenever, I hear her name, I tend to cringe a bit. Another person who is a "sell out" is the author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". That guy is a complete media whore as he's on several late-night infomercials regarding the financial advice he's peddling.

Tiles what do you mean by sellout? They got popular, wealthy and successful so they are "sellouts"?

Would you trust a poor sod who couldn't obtain wealth in all that time for financial advice?

Suze was finacially successful at the time she wrote her book. Now, she is uber-financially successful. I just think she has strayed away from her basic financial conservative values.

And, no, the price of the home one lives in should not reflect the value of their advice. She lived in a smaller home and even boasted how she resisted at changing that situation even though she achieved much financial success in her career. Now, I suspect that is all different.
