Anyone watch Monster House?

I have watched the last few of these and the people that own the houses must be nuts. Basically they rip apart most of the inside and somtimes the outside of the house and do crazy things. They theme the houses. Last nights was a Disco them were they installed a lighted floor, rotating bed and some other things.

The worst was the tropical house. The sprayed this foam concrete stuff in the bathroom to make it a rainforest shower and sprayed the living room and make a giant head with a fire breathing mouth, insane.

It's a cool show, yet damned stupid at the same time. After a while you know the people will get tired of it and wonder what the hell they were thinking.

I was unfortunate enough to see an episode. Monster Garage is cool, Jesse James is cool (even if he is a huge asshole), and the vehicles they make on Monster Garage are cool.

HOWEVER...

Monster House sucks, the host is a dork who tries to act tough even though he's a glorified interior decorator, and the crap they do to the homes looks stupid--who the fsck wants a "theme" to their house???.

This show sucks, IMO. Now, Monster Garage & American Chopper? Those two I like. Listening to Paul & Paulie b!tch all the time gets old, but I like the bikes

Like I said, I don't much care for the show; from what I've seen the houses looked rather fugly. Then again, I'm not much of a racing fan. Living in the tropics - as in, moving to the pacific rim somewhere - would be neat, but faking it? No. Not in the house they built for that one.

I like the show. I think it's cool. It's funny how almost every show, some of the people end up getting into arguments. Last night's show was funny because the one guy acted like a total baby and threw a lightbulb. LOL

Yeah, that Steve guy is a total jibroni. After hearing the theme song and hearing him pretend to make interior decorating sound not gay I had to change the channel. (That's how you spell jibroni, isn't it?)

The rain forest one was the first one I saw, that one was scary. I'd be embarassed to have that one. The other night I saw the Medieval one, that was interesting, but the heating and cooling bills are gonna be $$$ with that stable door they put in.

I saw a part of another episode, had some dungeon type theme. That one was ok too.

I'd love to find out the resale value of those homes before/after they change 'em. I'm guessing they are tough to sell...
