Anyone watch Masterchef Canada?

SlingTV is doing a free preview of the Cooking channel, so I'm watching Masterchef Canada. It's a pretty entertaining show, but there are two things:

1) That Asian dude loves to scream. Seriously, it's like they put out an ad for the screamiest Asian and this guy was like "Yes, I have found my calling!"

2) Using the terms "perfect" and "medium-rare" to describe a steak should be illegal. I don't care how many restaurants you have, medium-rare is overcooked to the point of ruination and you should feel bad for even letting the words slip past your lips.

Coming back for season three or four in the spring, I believe. They show it between the "fall finale" and "spring premieres" -- I hate that they promote that break now as some sort of feature.
