She just said that so the public won't think that she's dating a criminal or that she's scared that he'll &quot;bust a cap in her ass&quot; if she tells the nation on public television that she's getting rid of that loser.

Uh? She told the public she was with him last night because she didn?t want people to think she was dating a criminal? That doesn?t make any sense? I don?t think he?ll be busten caps in anyone?s a**, he?s in enough trouble as it is, and I didn?t know he got convicted? I thought the trail was still going?

Btw, her lawyer last week issued a public statement stating she was braking up with him (saw it on Access Hollywood). But obviously she didn?t brake to far away.

Anyway, this thread was actually directed towards David Letterman, and not Jennifer Lopez, or Puff.
