I just saw it, and it was incredible. I loved it. But, does anyone understand the ending?

Why does Lucius' son carry out the Moor's baby in the sunset. Why didn't Lucius kill it? Very confusing ending.

I don't recall the movie well enough to take a stab at the ending, but I agree, it's a great movie.

The moor begged Lucius not to kill his son. Lucius (probably tired of the carnage) decided not to. That's what I got out of it, at least. I've never read shakespeare's original play, so I could be wrong, but that's the conclusion my friends and I reached.

Good film. Really nice and cracked out. :)

Great movie, but like everything Shakespearean...bizarre and strange.

Lucius gave the moor his word that he would spare the babe in order to get all the scoop from him.

Bleh. O was pretty bad. Way over the top acting.

I thought it was a great adaptation of Shakespeare's worst play, if that means anything...

I haven't seen the movie, but I have the soundtrack by Elliott Goldenthal; that is some WACKY stuff. I can't imagine how it plays into a Shakespeare-based movie, let alone ANY movie.
