The guy responsible for throwing the cup at Artest was on TV today with his "attorney" who also looked like a total idiot. They start asking him questions, specifically if he was the one who threw the cup after they showed videos repeatedly that clearly show him throwing the cup at Artest. The guy refuses to answer but has a stupid smirk on his face the entire time. They then ask him about his long criminal record that included DUI, assualt and other various aggressive actions, and again, he gets a smirk on his face and responds with the typical "I'm reformed" answer. What a scumbag, this guy is so full of himself and in complete denial that what he did was wrong. He justified jumping on Artest and punching him once Artest got in to the stands and at no time did he even bring up the fact the Artest was provoked (I'm not saying that Artest was justified to go in to the stands)
 
That's the guy that was wearing the blue shirt and the cap, right? Everytime I see that clip, something doesn't seem right with him. I'll bet he's one of the first to get charges pressed against him - along with the players. Could be 40 or 50 people that get charges applied - according to another news source.

 
My guess is that the only reason he came forward is to try to collect a huge settlement from suing someone (Artest, Pistons, beer vendor, ticket seller, building architect, etc. etc.).
 
I'd love to see that lawsuit. Well, see I threw a cup of alcohol on someone as he was peacefully laying down on a table, and for no reason at all this guy gets up and starts hitting me! So later on I decide to hit him a couple of times in the back when he's distracted, and then he turns around again and starts hitting me!

Then again, this is America.
