I thought that the University president was a dickhead for how he introduced him and I'm glad that Ahmadinejad called him out on it.

I watched the president of the university blabber on to save his ass because of all the negative attention.
After that was done I got bored and turned it off.

I can't believe they let this ***** speak there. This bastard has people freakin stoned, hung and everything else you can imagine. And to top it off this ass is engaged in a war by proxy with us by supplying weapons and possible more to insurgents in Iraq.

That is exactly the reason he should speak there. Nothing exposes people as the fools they are better than giving them the opportunity to speak openly. All the mystery is removed and only the idiocy remains.

He evaded every question and made many strange/ridiculous remarks. That said, the president of Columbia should have taken a more neutral tone. Mr. Ahmadinejad didn't need his help to be proven as being full of crap.

I find it curious that the Columbia supporters of his visit were all spouting free speech yet this same school prohibits ROTC, Army, etc from going there to talk? Regardless, bastard's screwed up my morning commutes into Manhattan.

Where's the proof of supplying weapons to insurgents?

He also questioned 9/11. More leaders around the world should do so.

There's a war in his backyard and you expect him to do nothing? ... esp. after the US's role in establishing a dictatorship in Iran in the first place

Grow up

While I don't agree with Ahmadinejad's policies, i felt it was irresponsible of Lee Bolllinger to blast him in the intro. If you didn't support him you shouldn't have let him speak, and if you choose to let him speak let him dig his own grave through his words instead of setting the stage yourself.

Ehm... Osama, or whatever your real name is. What is exactly the reason that you would like to question the brutal murder of 3000 innocent Americans?

I agree.

It's like inviting someone you don't like over to dinner & spitting in his food, that wasn't classy at all.

Let him spit in his own food (which he later did in a most awesome manner).

Aren't you the one who reported someone for child molestation based off an unbelievably vague photograph from a modeling agency? People have retarded opinions about lots of stuff. You're no different, man.

I don't get what the Prez of Columbia was thinking. He could've just let the dude dig his own grave, but he decided to make some ineffectual, ranting intro instead where he embarrassed himself as well. Lame.
