me too...I'm not 100% sure if you can network over the internet; you can definetely do it thru a LAN or modem. I want to try it and maybe it will work. I have to go right now, but maybe later tonight...
 
It does work through TCP/IP but take my advice - don't bother. I played it a couple years back with a friend and we had a ping of about 90 and it was totally unplayable. The netcode for that game is pathetically bad such that any latency just makes the entire thing stutter constantly.

On the other hand network games with super-low ping are WICKED fun!
