Anyone want to help me out with web design stuff?

I suck at HTML/CSS (anything like that), and I need someone to tutor me a little bit. I really dislike web design, I definitely would never do it unless I felt I really should. My parents want me to redesign their business website. Plus, I'm real bored and feel like doing something helpful, hopefully someone else feels the same. Don't need to be a total guru, just need to know enough to do most simple things when it comes to creating a website. Would need to have some instant communication like AIM/Yahoo/ICQ.

Just need to create a layout for my parent's site and that's it. It's already in the works. I put in the gradient background all by myself, only took a few days to figure out 😛. That's all i've done so far though, the rest is just from a free template I found. I need to transform that page in to a business site.

Anyhow. Would be nice if someone could help me out, doesn't have to be completed in one day, can just help me out little by little for a few weeks, at your leisure.

nobody programs manually anymore, not for the easy stuffs.
if you are a student, i suggest getting Dreamweaver for 90 bux.
it's powerful yet has a very low learning curve.

I wouldn't say nobody, however it is very easy to not manually program. I agree with the Dreamweaver comment. Academic versions can be found.

i believe theres even a 30 day trial of dreamweaver if you download it from the adobe website. seems like its the full version, which would let you play around with the features.
