Anyone want to help me copy my school's logo into a word document for me?

I am writing a report for my school board meeting Wednesday. At the top of the report pages, I want to have the heading from my school's website:
http://www.claremont.k12.nh.us/~shs/
I want to paste the cardinal with the name of my school and the home of the cardinals message. Whenever I try pasting it into word, there is a big black box that covers the right side of the image. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I an copy and paste it fine into paint. But for some reason if wont work when I copy and paste it into word.

Comes out ok for me, just Print screening, copying, and pasting straight into Word.

What's the problem?

I had to copy and paste it into Wordpad, then into word.

Right click image, Copy (In IE), Copy Image (In Firefox), open Word, Paste.
