Anyone want to give me a rap starter list?

I have twenty-three Tupac albums + Ludacris - Red Light District.

I am looking for 10-20 good albums from late 80's - now that would compromise a good variety of the classic rap discography. Things like Dre's Chronic, for example.

Please help.

And if you have to ask, NWA and Eazy-E's solo albums are all you are allowed to have. 😛

(Oh yeah, get Boondox - The Harvest, too... You should find that manly and entertaining.)

Nas - STILLmatic
Talib Kweli - Quality
T.I. - Urban Legend
Ludacris - Word of Mouf
DSGB - Till Death Do Us Part

At least listen to the first 2 CD's, I consider them to be actual good "music"

Why only the late 80s?

The ish that's the most ill is being put out right now.

Negative. Today's music is ******. Too many club bangers, and all of them sound the same.

Late 80s to Early 90s is the golden age of hip hop music. Nothing will touch it, ever.

Nas, Jeru, Rakim, KRS1, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, Wu Tang, NWA, Common, Biggie, Pac, Mobb Deep, Slick Rick, Big Pun, Outkast, Scarface, Ras Kass, Black Moon, EPMD, ATCQ, AZ, Black Sheep, De La Soul, Big L all released classic albums during this time, and all of them sh!t on anything thats out now.

I'm obviously not talking about what's being played on the radio...

The underground has been hot as hell for the past six years.
