Alternative is to go to a old folks home and talk to them. I am sure they will be sweeter then most of the people here.

On a serious note, sometimes its good if you just do some really tiring stuff like, running and running and running. Just like in Forest Gump. That chump ran for years and years. It is simple and it helped him. I hope all the best to you.
