Just got this the other night. It's Duke Nukem 3D for Windows, has the classic and an OpenGL version. You can also play online. Thought some of the old gamers may enjoy this!

FYI: before anyone claims that i'm providing warez, the source code for D3D was released.

The source may have been released (haven't heard of that news yet, but who knows)

but at 38MB, that's including all of the game content as well, and I'm not sure if that's legal or not :p oh well

hah remember at the end of the game. "I'm going to get some R&R.. oh duke, come to bed" lol

Oh, I remember playing a multiplayer map called dn_house, it was the best map ever. I played that for hours on end. Can anyone find this map?

We got to get this rigged up so we can play online

I used to play Duke on TEN for hours and hours on end... god that was fun

You did the TEN thing too huh? Ahh 1996 .... the memories. That was my first experince w/online gaming and I loved it. Addicting as hell to say the least....

You did the TEN thing too huh? Ahh 1996 .... the memories. That was my first experince w/online gaming and I loved it. Addicting as hell to say the least....

Oh yes, I was on there for a long time, made maps and everything, had a couple that were popular! There used to be a real popular guy named Lazer that had a site where he reviewed maps, the whole community really played what maps he liked, and one of mine made it into a map pack of his once... I thought I did pretty well with the maps for being 13 at the time :) I think I even have a couple of my maps on my HD...

How's the online play? Does the OpenGL improve the graphics at all? I'm pulling 450KB/s.

That's pretty impressive when you're 13...not only making a playable map, but one that gets included in a map pack. :D

13?? Wow. I was 26 in 1996 - and Ive never made a map!

Yeah, I got into it early, I was making Doom maps before I even touched Duke, I must've been 11-12... I went on to do some Unreal Tournament maps, one of which was getting some play on servers, it was a throwback to Doom, I imported textures and sounds, it came out really authentic and I liked it a lot.

Anyways, I dug up some of my old Duke maps...one more to go until I've found all 5 I released :D

Well Ive downloaded it twice and it says the files are corrupted. Anyone else getting this or know another source?
