What's the point it's the same chip as a regular Core 2. As far as overclocking potential, they would have to overclock more than just one Xeon to show a trend, which they aren't gonna do.

hah yeah I'm kidding, I actually contemplated buying one when everyone thought they were 4mb, after diggin around a bit it was pretty easy to see they were only 2mb. really turned me off of em. but maybe the xeons will just be hand picked core2's that operate at a lower vcore?
