Anyone using the 8500 6011 beta drivers for XP

Using them with my VIVO, they seem fine. As a bonus, you get a new "rotate" tab in display properties, click rotate 90% or whatever and BAM instant reboot (hehe, its for LCD monitors that support Landcape or Portrait mode, but I had to try it out...should be greyed out with unsupported hardware, but it is beta)

Cool.
Aslong as they seem okay.
Not sure if I should try them out or leave it because got system exactly working good.
I suppose system restore would do the trick!!!

well if you want my opinion as a normal Radeon user, they are pretty sweet (6011's being equal to the 9008s in windows 98).

I also get that rotate tab, and it works perfectly! LOL...

the only thing I could think of using it for is hanging a monitor upside down or something! hehe.. but ya it's for LCD users who can flip their monitors around.

Rotate works fine on my CRT, not that I have any use for it. I suppose it could come in handy with an arcade emu machine also.

6011's are very nice on my Radeon & W2K.
