Anyone using readyhosting.com?????

Someone here recomended readyhosting.com to host my web sites. So far it has been a nightmare! I cant get tech support, at all. I send in emails........no response. I call there phone number and get a busy signal, I have tried for days and days to get through!I got through two days ago and waited on hold for 2 hours and 20 minutes before I hung up. It has been 10 days and my domain names still are not transfered. It wont accept my site when I try and upload. I cant access email manager on one of my accounts! Anyone else ever work with them?
