It looks pretty nice and it would finally give me a good excuse to buy a Raspberry Pi. Just wondering if anyone has experience with it?

Worth mentioning that if you also use pfsense there is now a plug in for it that does the same thing. I intend to switch over next major software update to pfsense and cease using the Pi. But the Pi has been running fine for over a year now.
 
Well I got my Pi up and running with Pi Hole. Unbelievably ease to do. I think the most difficult part was putting together the "9 layer" case. Using the VNC server to access it remotely.

Only problem I have is that my Comcast supplied modem/router doesn't give me access to its DNS settings so for now, I have change the settings on each device.

Started messing with it in a VM and like it. Forwarding from a domain controller still resolves the domain so its pretty seamless! Thanks for the tip with pfSense, I will see how that does 🙂
