Anyone using Avira and Win7 find they have issues? Win7 not detecting Avira?

Didn't used to be an issue but in the past month or so I noticed that Windows Action centre keeps notifying me that I don't have a Virus Scanner installed. However Avira is installed and running perfectly fine. I'm thinking of turning off Action Centre or switching from Avira to MS Essentials.

Moved because (I'm not entirely sure you understand, but I think) Olds believes this was in the wrong forum. :)

haven't had a single problem, running avira on win7 right now. I have been running it on win7 since the beta.

does this issue prevent you from posting this question in the correct forum?

Have you ever posted in the right forum in all of your fucking 28 years in your parents basement?

I have Avira installed and never get any notifications from Windows. If I did I'd probably just disable them. Win 7 is geared towards morons so it bugs you about half the issues and automatically handles the other half of issues. I find there are fewer features for power users, but thats a rant for another day.
