Anyone using Astraweb as their news server

I am having trouble with download speeds using Astraweb and just wanted to see what other's were getting.
 
Well I am getting around 45 kb/s. This sucks. I have emailed them several times and can not get a response. For $15.00 a month I should be getting way better than this. I get around 200 kb/s with my ISP but their retention is horrible. Not to sure where to go with this. If they don't responsed I will never get this fixed.
 
I had a lot of problems connecting to Astraweb yesterday afternoon, but it was fine a few hours later. Speeds were back to normal this morning (~5-8Mbit sustained)

I signed up last month, it's not too bad of a service.. I liked easynews better, but the download limit was rather small. I don't find the completion rate on astraweb very good. Still, not a bad service for an unlimited provider . I usually download at my cap which is 110k/s
