Good ventilation, well laid out, no sharp edges, side access and good looking.
Power supply is a 300w Deer DR-A300ATX approved by AMD up to Athlon XP 1600+.

My mom has the ATX 8500(the one in the upper left hand corner of that page)and it's pretty nice. The cases are everything you said and they dodn't cost a whole lot.

It's a fine case as long as you're not planning on using too many HDs. Besides, any case can be modded.

This case is what I use for all of my PC customers rigs , unless otherwise specified.
I pay $32 for these cases wich isnt bad for 300watt PS plus 1 case fan
