Does it output in 1080i and 720p correctly?

Kinda curious, as it is super small and very quiet, seems like it would be kinda cool. Just would need a wireless mouse and be setup 🙂

The only problem I see is no optical audio out.

Edit:
And I guess it wouldn't be called a "HTPC" since Mac != PC 🙂
