audiotherapy, my favorite features of Netscreen products are the random crashes/reboots and the outsourced Indian tech support who can't fix anything. I also like the CLI that won't always let you configure everything you need to configure due to atomicity problems, and the web user interface that won't always let you configure everything you need to configure due to just plain not being fully implemented. I have to use both a web UI and a CLI in order to get them completely configured.
I also like it when they don't correctly implement standards, like say the Internet Protocol (IP). Their ISAKMP leaves something to be desired, too.
Seriously, I've worked with their gear since they were a small start-up. I've tried very hard to give them clues and found them quite resistant.
All that said, however, I must emphasize that in my experience their competitors are as bad or worse.
