I used a Diamond Plus 92, which seems to have the same tube (.25-.27mm), but inferior refresh rates ~92 KHz IIRC
Color was great and convergence and focus were perfect (maybe the owner was lucky).
Years later, I tried two new models (very briefly this time, but I could try some adjustments):
a 93SB (.25~.27mm, 92 KHz) and the top-of-the-line 930SB (fixed pitch 0.24, 110KHz).
Color was great again, convergence was much better on the 93SB (maybe because of the graduated pitch?), but not perfect. Text on the 930SB at high refreshrates (near 110KHz) was blurry (I can't remember the resolution, but I think it was 1280x1024x100Hz, I had to put it at 85 Hz).
So don't worry about the graduated pitch. Check for convergence and focus at high refresh rates. I don't know when the DV19NF was made, but the last models quality control was disappointing. The 92Plus is much better than the 930SB.
