I just went to Fry's to pick up the AMD XP 2100+ and ECS E7S5A pro and they ended up giving me the K7TVA3 instead. The specs are Here. Anyone know if I will be able to overclock with this board? I would try myself but I don't have the ram for it yet. Any comments you have about this board would be great. Thanks

Well I've purhased a few K7S5A Pros, and I LOVE THEM, but I overclocking was never my focus so I'm not sure what/if any OC abilities they have. The K7S5A PRO still uses the SIS735 chipset. The K7TVA3 uses what KT333 or 400? the K7TVA3 Will be faster out of the box, as its chipsets are a bit newer then the 735.

Unless there is a specific reason why you want SIS735 over KT333/400 I say you probably got the better end of the deal.

K7VTA3 uses KT266A/8233A, KT333/8233A or KT333/8235 chipsets, depending on board revision.

Speed difference over SiS 735 is surprisingly small though. Certainly not worth a board change.

Just to clarify, I didn't change boards. Frys gave me this one istead of the K7s5a that was supposed to come with the combo. So I'm guessing there won't be too much overclocking ability with this board 🙁.
