Anyone used the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3?

I'm looking to purchase one of these gen3 boards and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with them. I plan to either use this with a 2600k or maybe an IB when they come out, and try my hand at overclocking.

Anyone with this board (or any Asus Gen3 board) have any problems? I know some people have had some problems with the gen3 ASRock boards.

I've had my Asus Gen3 for week and a half and so far I love it. OC'd 2600k @ 4.8Ghz (1.36v)with 16gb of ram and its rock solid. I have the Sata ports maxed out with 2x dvdrw, 2x ssd and 4 WD blacks.

Your comparison works great and I have the V Pro/Gen3 Version

I have the Asus P8Z68 V/Gen3 version , no issues and I think its a very fine board...I just got to get round to overclocking later.

Hey was thinking about getting this board and was wondering what how big the cpu coolers you use are and if they are large( or largish) does it obstruct any of the ram slots. Was hoping to use 4x4gigs of DDD3 with it with the 2700K.

I use the Corsair H80 with it, so can't attest to others, but plenty of room around socket for bigger coolers.

I use the Corsair A50 cooler with PWM fan,as to ram slots I'm using 2x4GB Corsair LP vengence but even 4x4GB would be fine and clear.

Just got one at MicroCenter yesterday with an Intel 2500K . Very nice MB. Just used the Asus software to overclock at Fast (they also have Extreme but I want it solid), It set the multiplier to 42 and the frequency to 103 for 4326, Run Intel burn, Prime etc. I have it cooled with a Corsair H60 push pull/ MSI Cyclone 460 GTX-768/ Intel ssd 80g G2 with Samsung sata 3 500g in an Antec 300 case. Solid setup!
