anyone use your facebook like a linkedin profile?

that's what I'm currently doing
I have no wall, I just add people so they can see my contact info and I can see theirs.
I also make no status updates and have one profile picture.
Anyone else?

It's pretty much dead and inactive but I still actively add people so there's some connection.

I think LinkedIn got a lot more buzz back in the day, but since then Facebook is getting more like LinkedIn with company groups and stuff now.

I use Facebook to chat with friends. LinkedIn is strictly professional. I do watch what gets posted on my Facebook though. Obviously pictures of me clubbing are fine, but nothing embarrassing that would get me in trouble for work goes there.

I have all my pictures hidden. I can't monitor it closely enough for any tagged photos because I rarely log in.

I hate linkedin. It just popped up one day, sweeping all available phonebook data, built profiles for everyone in America and then expects you to update it. So you search for your name on google and "wa lah" there you are on a site you never heard of - linkedin.

It is as insideous as it is worthless.
