I've actually been using it for 3 bottles worth, and it seemed to have really helped me (i've lost 25 pounds since mid-July).

MY question now that I just stopped using it -- is it also an appetite suppresent? I seem to be hungry a lot lately, and the only thing I can attribute it to is xenadrine.

Hit me with some thoughts.

Why not call your pharmacist or doctor, he/she will be able to answer your questions.

Xenadrine is a combo of common OTC agents that act as indirect CNS stimulants . . . herbal speed (albeit not very potent). It is effective for weight loss because it revs your metabolism a touch and it suppresses appetite. If you continue a reasonable diet and exercise program you can keep the weight off without the Xenadrine.

This sucks, I never knew how much of an appetite suppresent it was.

I've been off it for a weekend, and I'm already feeling the difference.

The stuff really works, though...... good for them.

(it's not recommended to take it for more than 12 weeks, that's why i'm off it)
