Dragon Naturally speaking 7 is what I use but the trick is to use a very good digital michrophone. Speak in a monotone voice and in long structured sentences. That way it makes very few mistakes.

I used it once for a research paper. There were so many errors over the course of 2 days that it took longer to correct than it did get down in the first place. The professor said it wasn't up to graduate level. I told him why and he had a good laugh, and I turned it back in after 2 more days of corrections
