Anyone use those Gel inserts for shoes?

my best friend uses them and he is a metal fabricator or something crazy like that. Anyway he is on hsi feet all day and swears by those things.. .. always telling people he loves them and work great.

i used to wear Dr. Scholl's inserts in my workboots when i had factory jobs. in running shoes, wow. that would be double the comfort.

depends on what you plan to use them for. if for correcting a foot prob like over or under pronation then gels are probably not good.

for extra cushioning, they are probably just fine.

I have the Dr. Scholls gel inserts and they are very nice. My second set of them. The only real way to find out if you like them is to shell out the cash to test them.
 
i wear dr scholls gels in my work boots, very comfy. ive used the pillow type by dr scholls before and they were very good as well, couldnt say which i liked more; but they both made a great difference at the end of a day.
