Anyone use this Belkin 4 port router?

My brother needs a wireless router to connect to his tivo for updates and guide info. Maybe occasionally transferring a tivo file to his pc. Other than that he has no wireless devices that he will use. His current Linksys is an older B router and it keeps dropping out and losing connection so he wants to get a reasonably inexpensive (but stable) one.
 
I've generally had good luck with Belkin products - the firmware is pretty easy to mess around with, and they tend to be easy to set up.
