How do you like it?

The feature to pay with a one time credit card number when the merchant doesn't accept PayPal looks interesting.
What are the fees for it?

Get one-time credit card numbers from your credit card company. Citi offers it.

I got the plug in, and disabled it, uninstalled it. PITA!! (Pain in the ass.) I hated it, sending PM's here, it went to paypal every time I opened a PM window. :|

Not going to use them anymore.

Paypal sucks. Im trying to start up an account for my wife, and the stupid thing wants her drivers license, credit card, proof of inventory supplies, and a pile of other crap because she sold like $100 of stuff on ebay. What a pile of shit.
