I'm thinking about getting one at my local gym for $200 to assist me with my weight-loss goals. I know I don't NEED it, but I'm sure it will be a great help. Plus, I'm using a sleep apnea machine, and this device allegedly can tell you your quality of sleep, so I plan on using it to see if I can eventually improve my quality of sleep without using my CPAP. Has anyone had experience with this device?
