None of the stores seems to have a way to enter the federal coupon. What would be a good B&M store to use it at? Best Buy? Wal-Mart?

check out avsforum there are loads of threads on converters.
the zenith/insignia ones work fine. but i got mine a while back so there might be better now.
 
I bought two different boxes from two different vendors online using coupons. You must not be using approved vendors.
 
I got both of mine at K-Mart. They had lots. Rumor is that you should get them as soon as you can because people are going to realize that the deadline is coming and they'll sell out.

I got my zenith at kmart for $50 - 40coupon = $10ish

 
I used these guys. I was somewhat skeptical since I've never heard of this vendor before, but I received the boxes quickly and they work just fine. I went with the sunkey one, it's basic but works. The zenith one is supposed to be nice as well, but it's much more expensive.
