I don't like the idea of a program storing all my passwords and usernames for me. I'd rather keep them in my Palm which isn't connected to the internet.

I don't see a problem with that when its highly encrypted and doesn't rely on IE's useless encryption. With a few hundred passwords, keeping it on something like a palm doesn't sound very practical to me.
