Anyone use Resveratrol?

I've been taking it for the last 3 months. My weight seems to have gone done by about 5lbs but I haven't seen or felt any other effects.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had any experience with it.

I do take fish oil and glucosamine so I don't know if it's because of the resveratrol or other supplements.

Everytime I have to back out of the driveway, I shift into reversatrol...😛

IMO, the majority of those "supplements" are pure garbage that do nothing except lighten your wallet.

Yes but in a concentration about 1000x higher than a bottle.

Maybe it's a placebo effect, maybe not. There seems to be a lot of legitimate studies on it though. If anything, it only costs me about $10 a month.

In that high concentration, I'd be more worried about negative side effects.
I'd prefer to use that money to buy more fruits and veggies. Or just save the money for anything else you need.

I believe that's one of our best-sellers at this time.

As to whether or not it is a placebo, you got me - I only use a multivitamin from this place.

It's being studied pretty heavily with good results so far from what I've read. It may be one of the few supplements that actually does something..but at this point they haven't really tested it on humans so the bad could outweigh the good. I'm more interested in it's ability to slow aging (I believe in rats?). Too bad it's name is so..ugh.

I've been using it and don't feel any different..but it couldn't hurt. Red wine is supposed to be good for blood pressure, cholesterol and other things...and grape seed extract contains all the same chemicals.

You can get them almost anywhere like GNC, drugstore.com, etc. It depends on the concentration but a bottle of 60 tablets can cost anywhere from $20-$60.

Had to Google it. One purported health benefit:
* Resveratrol would trigger the Growth Hormones (SIRT 1 and SIRT 2), which are responsible to fight PITB.

Someone order TridenT a 6 month supply, stat!
