We're using RCS because it's a simple area for common scripts. Never needs to be opened by more than one person. I don't want to be told to use CVS right now
I have a script. that was checked into RCS. I want to remove this script from being in the RCS db. I've changed it's name to something else, with some other changes. I don't care about the previous versions of the old one, there was only 1.
