Most electric washer should do the task that you requested, pending the nozzle size, distant from cleaning surface to nozzle, and speed of cleaning.

The more power PSI*GPM you have the quicker the job. You just have to keep the nozzle farther away from your cleaning surface.

I once rented a 3500 PSI at 3 GPM and I accidentally focus the nozzle too close to my cedar siding and it took the grain of the wood off along with the paint.
 
I ended up buying a Karcher gas powered pressure washer. 2500PSI, 2.4GPH.

Should I get a water inlet filter for it?
