It used to be perfect for me, but it has been fucking up a lot lately.

1-The transactions names are just plain out wrong (and don't match my credit card's online statement... about 10% errors)
2-New transactions don't show up for days sometimes (after an update)... the balance however is always correct.
3-Because of 2, I usually remove and add, now no transactions show up for my bank

I feel like mint has gone to shit in the last couple of months. It's really sad, it used to be so good

anyone use any alternatives to mint.com?

Odd. I've been using mint for a few months now (on my iphone) and have had none of the issues you've mentioned. If a transaction doesn't show up on mint, it's cos it hasn't hit my savings / checking / CC.

trying out yodlee now... not nearly as pretty, but has some promise

I used to be really into it and even recommended it to a lot of friends and family but don't even bother with it anymore.

Number 1 reason why is it keeps over and over and over again showing duplicate transactions and makes me not trust the information they're providing.

For example.

Costco Purchase of say $135 would show 2, 3 even 4 times. (completely random store example, not specific to Costco).

I'd really love a smart phone accessible solution that offers what Mint.com is supposed but flawlessly.

I need to have 100% confidence in a product I'm using when it comes to finances.

I actually got a beta invite for the new Quickbooks product for Mac a while back but haven't had a Mac laptop for the past few months.

Just picked up the new MacBook Air 13" yesterday so maybe I'll give that a go and see how it pans out.

I don't have any of the issues mentioned. Unfortunately, it's still not compatible with my 401k, but that's more JPM's fault.

mint didn't with my 401k either, but yodlee does.

i just wish it looked as nice as mint 🙁

And mint is powered by yodlee...

what really? then wtf is mint doing... all my accounts (including my 401k which never worked on mint) update and look correct on yodlee yet on mint it is all fubar'd.

Are you sure they both don't just use the same data source? (i.e. mint hits A and yodlee hits A, where A is all your banking information)

thats odd, I have had no issues with Mint, other than the occasional error accessing an account (most often BofA) which resolves in a couple days or with updated login credentials. I've been using it nearly daily since late 2008.

Its gotten really good with the pending transactions, I can see them in mint like 3 minutes after the charge is made. Ridiculous!

EDIT: I'm just referring to the website, not any mobile apps. I do wish they'd come out with an iPad app though...

Use it religiously and really have not had the issues mentioned. Occasionally the transactions will not show up after an update, but if I go to the transaction list for that account and click the context specific update, the transactions have shown up.
