anyone use litestep?

yeah id like to get started with a shelling program... is litestep a good choice? anyone got some tips on where to start out and where to get the themes? ive never used a shell before...

 
hmm. and litestep.net is back up again. i think i can find themes on my own....

couple questions:
which litestep build should i use?
whats OTS?
 
i used litestep for a few years when I was running win98se. i loved it - *nix GUI functionality with win applications.

Tho, last I knew nothing was happening with it anymore and have been running plain-jane xp
