Anyone use Drive Copy 4.0?

I'm trying to copy my hard drives, but the blasted program doesn't want to automatically start when I reboot, like it says it should do. I don't want to pay for their fee-based tech support, and their online email tech support keeps thinking I want tech support for partition magic, which i don't even have. Anyone know what the problem could be that's preventing my proggy from starting at boot up?

Ya PowerQuest tech support sucks. No info at all on their website.

Anyway, I don't have Drive Copy but I do have Drive Image and I have the same problem. Can't figure out why and I gave up trying. DI gives you the option of making floppy boot disks and booting the program that way. Can't you do that with DC?
