Anyone use at ZTE AWE VM having reboot/boot loops

Using my ZTE Awe and from time to time specifically:

Conditions:
-Battery is less than 38%
-Google Voice Search is used
-Voice search thru keyboard is used

the Phone restarts or restarts and goes into a boot loop, which can only be resolved by manually pulling the battery out.

Phone status:
-No apps except stock, and Windows Remote Desktop
-Updated via OTA latest
-Running in Airplane mode
-Had the phone 2-3 months with light usage
-never been dropped or any other physical impact.

Any theories, cause I`d hate to have to go and exchange it.

Yeah, never had the boot loop, but I have had random reboots. It is a flaky phone. No one seems to know what causes it. Got it for $20 from target on BF, so I don't mind too much.

Ive rooted my zte awe and with a little tweaking Ive managed to pull my battery life up to 13-14 hours of life (medium to heavy use) No Joke! Radio signal is so so and for some reason the better signal you have the better the sound of the conversation is, but on wifi this phone is a champ! #ockernel.zip <<<<<< completely changes the phone!

I don`t know I have one and my one of my friends has one. We use it as an WiFi-only device. He rooted his, and claims its faster, but battery life isn`t any better. Also his hasn`t crashed, and hes used it alot more frequently then I have (he tests apps with his). Mines stock with the OTA update. It was doing boot loops whenever the above conditions were presented. I read up on the webs that it happening with some devices, I exchanged mine and lets see if it persists on this device.
