I am also wondering if this will be beneficial for me with my workout regime and at this point in my fitness routine.
I am in week 9 of weight training 4 days a week every week and I do some cardio. I am seeing some results and would like to see more. I have been taking NSI Reload as a post work out shake and have recently started taking MuscleTech Anabolic Halo as a replacement for Reload and added MuscleTech CellTech Creatine. Also I am taking Whey protein. I am 6'3"-4"ish weight is 260 lbs. I am trying to get into better shape and probably eventually drop some lbs. I'd like to get down to 215lbs-230lbs range and be cut to some extent.
I am adding another day to my work out starting this week and will be doing 5 day work outs a week from now on.

Ok, if you are this new then I'm going to tell you to stay away from any type of hormones, etc. Stick with the basics: multivitamins, fish oil, creatine, whey protein, and maybe something for your joints. Hormones or hardcore supplements are pointlessly wasted unless you need them. Don't turn to them until you have plateaued and, as a beginner, that shouldn't be for years. I would say don't ever turn to them, since the benefits don't really outweigh the costs at times. I'm gonna say stay away from it especially right now. Don't make the mistake of being a noob on 'roids, if you get what I mean.

What should I take for joint maintenance?
"since the benefits don't really outweigh the costs at times."
explain?
my work out partner did a 3 week cycle of the 4-ad and he had great gains and no apparent side effects
this type of suplement wont benefit me now but it will when I have plateaued?
my work out partner started a week before me and we do the same work out.

The original 1AD was a diol, these are diones, which means they have two conversion to take place from 1AD to 1-test instead of 1. Patrick Arnold (PA) is coming out with a new 1AD in April and it will probably be AMS's with some goodies to help conversion.
Anyway all of these products are for advanced users, and no one here should use them if they are still taking cell-tech, or if you have no idea between the difference of a diol and dione and what the 17 double bond does.
For those that do, AMS's products get okay reviews, but IMO something like an Epi clone would give better dryer results as of the market now.
