Anyone use a travel mouse to go along with their laptop?

I just got a laptop and am considering getting one of these mini's. They look so cool! And kensington has the Pocket Pro Mouse which has a retractable cord. Looks pretty handy.

My concern is that they might be too small and could cause some discomfort. Should I be worried?

CanisEstInVia, I've got a wired optical mini-mouse that plugs into my lappy [via USB] that I use when I travel, it's comfortable and easy to use, but I only drag it out when I play a few games as the default "eraser" mouse on my lappy is fine for checking e-mail and the like. Hope this helps :)

I put a travel mouse on my wife's desktop computer, so our 2.5 year old could use a mouse sized more for her hand.
She loves it, and her mousing skills have increased exponentially since she can actually get her hand around the thing.

They were giving away "sushi" mouses at Comdex one year. They are small, optical and usb, and that's what I still use with the "lappy"
