anyone use a decent standalone rss reader in windows?

I use Thunderbird for convenience, but my wife does not have a mail client installed. Thus to install Thunderbird would be wasteful. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a standalone reader for her to use with a decent ability to manage feeds. Also she is using win7.
 
thanks, I was looking at that one. Is the advertising invasive in it? I've heard they added some in the newer versions.
