I got this from the gym from caliper measurements. Is this an accurate way to calculate % BF?

Measurements taken at:

A. Lohman
Tricpeps, Subscapular, Abdominal: 10.84%

B. Katch & McArdle
Triceps, Subscapular, Abdominal: 10.22%

C. Jackson & Pollock
Thigh, chest, Abdominal: 8.74%

D. Sloan
Thigh, Subscapular: 8.65%

E. Forsyth & Sinning
Subscapular, Abdominal: 11.93%

The combined average = 10.08%

In my opinion, caliper measurements are about as accurate as those scales that measure your body fat. They give you a general range within 4-6%, IIRC. Go hydrostatic, or not at all.

Most BF% are just calculated by the skin around your abs, although calipers are horrendously inaccurate in terms of actual BF%. A more accurate measurement can be had through a bathroom scale with that capability or the most accurate method (the water method) Usually from what I hear you should add on about 3-5% to the caliper measurements.
