On Rage3D forums, there's a thread that is talking about updating BIOS to make the core 700 and memory 1600. Here:

I've dowloaded the files, but I'm not sure if I should chane the upgrade or not. I would ultimately like to get this card past 700MHz, since ATI Tool, Rivatuner and the like have been unsuccessful. Maybe it's the limitation of the core/memory on my particular board. Dunno, but I'm looking for opinions. Thanks in advance.
