anyone try the Step-Up Zodiak 7000 before?

I just bought the package (1.2ghz guarenteed to OC to 1.4+ghz, Iwill ka266-r, and their Set-UP Zodiak 7000 with their accelerator card thingy). The chip + fan/heatsink was $295. Has anyone had any experience with this product? I have heard good things about this company but I was just wondering if anyone has any any experience with their heatsink+fan combo.
